Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of full-time working experience preferrably in rendering administrative, clerical, logistical and/or on-site support in education programme, activities or events, preferably gained from government departments, public bodies or NGOs
  • Hold a recognised university degree or equivalent, preferrably in business administration, education, social science or related disciplines
  • Exhibit good command of English and Chinese attaining a minimum of Level 3 or above in Chinese or English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent*
  • Possess experience in assisting in managing voluminous database and/or website would be an advantage
  • Have high proficiency in using MS Office applications and word processing in English and Chinese
  • Being detail-minded, responsible, self-motivated and a good team player

 

*Applicants must state their language results in public examinations in the application form and/or CV or the application would not be processed and considered.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform project/programme/event-related administrative duties and clerical support
  • Assist in implementing consumer education activities and provide logistics support
  • Assist in handling procurement and production of education programme materials
  • Assist in managing project database and handle enquires from external parties
  • Assist in updating website content
  • Assist in liaison with helpers and external parties
  • Outdoor work will be required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

 

Terms of Appointment & Fringe Benefits

Appointment will be offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract.  Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical insurance and MPF.
