Executive, Planning and Stakeholder Engagement (Ref. E-PSE)
Consumer Education, Planning and Stakeholder Engagement Division
2-year fixed-term contract
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for the Planning and Stakeholder Engagement (PSE) Team, including meeting coordination, document preparation, filing and routine office operations.
- Assist in the compilation, updating and basic monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at Council and Divisional levels
- Support the team in conducting simple desk research, data collection and information consolidation on consumer trends, trade practices and relevant industry developments
- Help maintain and update stakeholder databases, contact lists and engagement records, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Provide logistical and administrative support for stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, coordinating with government/public bodies, industry representatives and community partners
- Assist in drafting and formatting proposals, reports, presentations and committee papers under guidance
- Maintain proper documentation and support the preparation of funding-related materials and tracking of project records
- Perform general administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, handling enquiries, processing invoices, and supporting team workflows
- Take up ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Level 2 or above in five subjects, including English and Chinese, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or (ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including English and Chinese, in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)
- At least one year of work experience in administration, project coordination, research support or stakeholder-related work is preferred
- Good organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Good written, communication and interpersonal skills to support stakeholder coordination
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Terms of Appointment & Fringe Benefits
Appointment will be offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical insurance and MPF. Renewal of contract will be subject to the service needs of the Division and the performance of the appointee.
