2-year fixed-term contract

 

Responsibilities:

  • Rendering administrative and logistical support in implementation of consumer education activities
  • Managing procurement and production of consumer education programme materials
  • Assist in managing website and perform data analysis
  • Managing elderly programme filing system
  • Liaising with internal and external parties
  • Undertaking outdoor work will be required
  • Performing any other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Be a university graduate
  • Possess at least 2 years of full-time working experience preferably in providing administrative, logistical and/or on-site assistance in activities and events
  • Possess prior experience in supporting resource and/or records management is preferred but not necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Be self-motivated, detailed-oriented, energetic and a good team player

 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview and successful candidate will be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check.

 

Terms of Appointment & Fringe Benefits

Appointment will be offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract.  Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical insurance and MPF.
