Senior Executive, Consumer Education (Ref. SE-CE)
Consumer Education, Planning and Stakeholder Engagement Division
2-year fixed-term contract
Responsibilities:
- Rendering administrative and logistical support in implementation of consumer education activities
- Managing procurement and production of consumer education programme materials
- Assist in managing website and perform data analysis
- Managing elderly programme filing system
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Undertaking outdoor work will be required
- Performing any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Be a university graduate
- Possess at least 2 years of full-time working experience preferably in providing administrative, logistical and/or on-site assistance in activities and events
- Possess prior experience in supporting resource and/or records management is preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Be self-motivated, detailed-oriented, energetic and a good team player
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview and successful candidate will be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check.
Terms of Appointment & Fringe Benefits
Appointment will be offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical insurance and MPF.
