Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities for the website revamp and mobile app development
  • Liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders, including information technology division and divisions responsible for content provision, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist in user experience (UX) testing, content migration, and quality assurance
  • Support communication, publicity and training related to the new platforms
  • Support the team in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Project Management, IT or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably of digital projects in sizable organisations or agencies
  • Well-versed with website CMS platforms, mobile app development processes and UX/UI design principles
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English; and well-versed in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and highly organised; A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks

 

Terms of Appointment & Fringe Benefits

Appointment will be offered on an 18-month fixed contract.  Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical insurance and MPF.
