Project Manager, Production Coordination (Ref. PMPC-PMIAD)
Public, Mainland and International Affairs Division
1-year contract
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate video production projects from creative development through to final delivery, in partnership with in-house video producer and script-writer
- Invite, schedule, and coordinate participating artistes, talents, and performers
- Source and coordinate venues, locations, props and production resources
- Provide on‑site production assistance and logistical support to in-house video producer during shoots
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Handle procurement procedures, including vendor quotations, purchase requisitions, and contract administration
- Ensure production timelines, quality standards, and operational requirements are met
Requirements:
- A recognised associate degree/degree or qualification in Multimedia design / video production / marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5 years relevant experience in creative project management, production coordination, or a related field (media, events), with hands-on experience in video shooting, editing, image-retouching, motion graphics or post-production preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience in budget control, cost management, and procurement processes
- Ability to work effectively under tight schedules and on-site production environments
Terms of Appointment & Fringe Benefits
Appointment will be offered on a 1-year contract. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical insurance and MPF.
