CFS finds excessive Bacillus cereus in sample of bun with fresh meat and preserved vegetable

The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department today (October 14) announced that a sample of a bun with fresh meat and preserved vegetable was found to contain an excessive amount of Bacillus cereus.
