Grandma Onion received a call from Telecommunication Company XX. The telemarketer promoted a fixed line long-distance call service to her, “Granny, if you join our service scheme, you can make a call to North America for as low as $0.15 a minute.” Grandma onion agreed to join the scheme, saying “Sure, I’ll join.”
