2-year fixed-term contract

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support across a wide spectrum of HR functions, inclusive but not limited to recruitment and appointment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management and staff relations
  • Handle staff complaints and grievances in accordance with established policies and procedures, and maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
  • Contribute to system enhancements, including the development and maintenance of the electronic Performance Management System (ePMS) and Human Resources Management System
  • Prepare concise and accurate HR reports and statistical summaries to support management decisions
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and participate in ad hoc projects as required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient HR operations and drive continuous improvement
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director, Human Resources

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder or above in Human Resources Management or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in a sizable or public organization.  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Executive
  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, exposure to Civil Service Regulations is an advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with HR systems and proficient in MS Office applications
  • A proactive team player with pleasant personality and tactful communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

 

Terms of Appointment & Fringe Benefits

Appointment will be offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract.  Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical insurance and MPF.
