2-year fixed-term contract

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administration and logistical coordination of consumer education projects, activities and events
  • Support planning, development, coordination and delivery of consumer education initiatives with passion and creativity
  • Support promotion, procurement and production of education programme materials
  • Prepare various statistical and analytical reports for programme planning, evaluation and committee papers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain good communication with programme stakeholders and vendors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of programmes
  • Support website content update
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Outdoor work may be required


Requirements:

  • A recognised university degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, education, social science or related disciplines
  • At least one year of full-time working experience preferably in rendering administrative, logistical and/or on-site support in education programme, activities or events, preferably gained from government departments, public bodies or NGOs
  • Exhibit good command of English and Chinese attaining a minimum of Level 3 or above in Chinese or English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent
  • Possess experience in assisting in project management, database management and/or website would be an advantage
  • Have high proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and word processing in English and Chinese
  • Being detail-minded, well-organised, willing to learn, responsible, and a good team player

 

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview and successful candidates will be required to undergo Sexual Conviction Record Check.  

 

Important Notes

Candidates who have applied for the position of Executive, Planning and Stakeholder Engagement (Ref. E-PSE) do not need to re-apply.  Only applications containing public language examination results, current salary, and expected salary will be possessed.

 

Terms of Appointment & Fringe Benefits

Appointment will be offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract.  Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical insurance and MPF.  Renewal of contract will be subject to the service needs of the Division and the performance of the appointee.
