| Reason For Issuing Alert | - The Centre for Food Safety (CFS) noted a notification on 12 September 2025 that the above-mentioned product might contain mould and is being recalled. |
| Action Taken by the Centre for Food Safety | - Upon learning of the incident, the CFS immediately followed-up the case. A preliminary investigation found that the above-mentioned distributor had sold the affected product. - The distributor concerned has stopped sales, removed from shelves the affected product and has initiated a recall according to the CFS's instructions. - The CFS has alerted the trade to the incidents and will continue to follow up and take appropriate action. An investigation is ongoing. |
