Procter & Gamble (P&G) announced a voluntary recall of certain types of Oral-B mouthwash in Hong Kong. Details of the products being recalled are as follows:

P&G said it was recalling the products as a precautionary step after detecting out of specification microbial levels in some products produced at one of their contract manufacturing facilities. The microbial level poses virtually no risk to healthy people. However, people with severely weakened immune systems may be more susceptible to adverse health effects.

Consumers should stop using the affected product and contact P&G via their Hong Kong Consumer Services Toll-Free Number: 800-969-688 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm) for a refund by August 14, 2011.
