Hang Seng Bank recently issued letters to their credit card holders to initiate a voluntary recall of the AC adaptors supplied with "O'Rite" Multi-Function MPEG4 DV recorders (model: MV-3115). A small quantity of these AC adapters may have defective casing which will come apart, resulting in exposure of internal live parts. Members of the public are advised to stop using the AC adaptors immediately and to return them to the supplier Wisdom Well Technology Limited for replacement.
