炸薯條過久過熱釋出可致癌物質 半數氣炸鍋存安全風險
抗疫期間，不少市民為了減少外出用膳，都會盡量在家煮食。近年興起的氣炸鍋，標榜可以較健康的烹調方式免油氣炸薯條、雞翼甚至以其他內置程式製作美食，因此大受歡迎。本會測試12款氣炸鍋，售價由$298至$2,080，測試項目包括安全及效能表現。測試發現，3款樣本溫度升幅過高，3款樣本絕緣距離不足。另外，不少消費者關注用氣炸鍋氣炸食物後會否釋出致癌物，故此本會按代理商提供的食譜氣炸急凍薯條及測試其丙烯酰胺含量，發現以不同樣本氣炸後的薯條的丙烯酰胺含量可相差68倍！
