Consumer Council and the Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service join
hands to launch a new service for the hearing-impaired by providing
the Council's information through 3G mobile video services.
Hearing-impaired people can use their 3G mobile phones to make
video call to 67775122 for browsing the information of "Supermarket
Price Watch" and "Auto Fuel Price Calculator" provided by the
Council.
