Other Complaint Channels

When you come across unfair trade practices, e.g.,

  • goods or services not corresponding to description

  • delay in delivery

  • dissatisfaction in service render

You should negotiate with the trader for settlement. If the trader fails to address your concern, you are welcome to lodge your complaint with the Consumer Council , by one of the following means:

1)in writing-describe the details of the complaint and the points of dissatisfaction, specify your required settlement and send with a copy of related receipts or documents to the Council:
